What Does It Do?

Through any of the contents of this website, you will see that thing in the upper-left corner. Every page, it's there.

Why? Well it's kinda my logo (see below). What it does though, is it's the Go-Back button. Anywhere you go within FelesMagus.com, you can get to the next-page-up in the hierarchy, by just clicking the thing. Try it out - it will take you back to the original index page.

What the Heck Is It?

This squigle is my own personal symbol. In European terms, it would be my crest or standard. In Japanese terms, it might be my Mon. It is a stylized Japanese Crane.

What I have done is taken a stylized version of the Japanese Crane, also known as a Tancho, and overlap it onto a pentacle (5-pointed star).

This union between an Asian symbol, and a symbol that is associated with Celts and Magic and Witchcraft, represents concisely many of my personal beliefs and philosophies.

I am rather proud of this symbol. The stylized crane is common, as is the pentacle. But in this specific shape and orientation, the symbol is unique.
